The operators describe themselves and their web site as "We are Christians who are dedicated to helping people enrich their marriages." They say they offer help building intimacy through increased communication and fun. They also say they have ideas for couples newly engaged or married for decades. Much of the web site revolves around selling sex toys, massage oils, and adult games.We believe this web site infringes on our registered trademark "PASSIONATE MARRIAGE," by seeking to identify itself in ways likely to cause the public to confuse this with our own services and approaches. We have notified the owners that this web site (www.apassionatemarriage.com ) is engaging in unfair competition in violation of the Federal Trademark Law (15 U.S.C. §1051, et. seq.) and the common law and will take steps to protect our rights.
